UAE condemns terrorist attacks in North Sinai

ABU DHABI, 2nd July 2015 (WAM) - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has condemned the terrorist attacks which took place in North Sinai yesterday and resulted in martyrdom of several Egyptian army personnel. In a statement issued yesterday, the ministry renewed UAE leadership, government and people's stand by the brotherly Arab Republic of Egypt in the face of terrorism and extremism. "Such cowardly terrorist operations would not thwart Egypt's march to end terror and attain stability," the statement said. The statement reaffirmed the UAE's full solidarity with Egypt and support to its efforts to fight and to eliminate terrorism and violence against the brotherly country and its people.
