Prince Nawaf bin Faisal briefed on Brazilian Football Training

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, December 26, SPA -- Prince Nawaf bin Faisal
bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, the Vice-president of Youth Welfare and
Deputy president of the Saudi football federation, was briefed during
his visit to Brazil on the systems applied at the academies and
centers of football training.


He was briefed on the systems of Sao Paulo club and other football
clubs.


Prince Nawaf pointed out that, taking into account the importance of
getting acquainted with the experiences of the other countries, a
meeting was held with the officials of the academies of these clubs.


In a press statement, Prince Nawaf said it was agreed with the
football federation of Sao Paulo as regards the participation of the
Kingdom's Champion Club of Youth next year in the tournaments of Sao
Paulo for under 19 in 2010.


He added that development will constitute a good opportunity for the
development of the youth skills.
