Shura Chairman condoles with Saudi counterpart

Manama, Aug 6 (BNA): Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh has sent a cable of condolences to his Saudi counterpart Dr. Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammad bin Ibrahim Al-Sheikh following today's terror bombing that targeted a Special Emergency Forces' mosque in Abha, Asir region, which left casualties among the security forces. The Shura Chairman offered condolences to the Saudi people and families of the victims, wishing the wounded a speedy recovery. He condemned the terror attacks, saying they are in violation of Islamic principles, norms and human values. He stressed Bahrain's supportive stances to all measures to be taken by Saudi Arabia to maintain its security and stability. He also sent a similar cable to Saudi Ambassador to Bahrain, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulmalik Al-Sheikh.
