Saudi Newspapers condemn Israel`s barbaric slaughter of Palestinians 4 Riyadh
The Makkah-based Al-Nadwa said the dual policy adopted by the
international community towards the Arab-Israeli dispute has
encouraged Israel to continue its aggression.
The paper said the Arab summit proposed by some leaders constitutes
the ideal framework, but what is more important is the outcome of the
summit.
"What is desired is a strong Arab stand that forces the big
countries to adopt an effective decision for punishing Israel and
extending protection to the Palestinians from any Israeli aggression.
The Abha-based Al-Watan described the incident as a massacre.
It noted that the shelling would not have taken place if a real
pressure was put on Israel.
Under the title of a crime without punishment, Al-Riyadh said Hamas
has sent its unharmful missiles to Israel and Tel Aviv in turn, has
carried out a merciless massacre and destroyed the greater part of
the infrastructure of Gaza.
The paper said no party can deter Israel which has been exploiting
launching of missiles as a justification for big confrontation.
