GCC summit begins
Muscat, December 29, SPA -- Leaders of the countries of the Gulf
Cooperation Council began the 29th Summit of the Supreme Council. The
session was chaired by Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed of Oman.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's delegation to the summit was led by
Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz.
The opening session began with a recitation of the Holy Quran.
