Abdullah bin Zayed chairs Arab ministerial consultative meeting in New York

NEW YORK, 29th September 2015 (WAM) --- H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister of the UAE, has chaired a ministerial consultative meeting of Arab foreign ministers in the margins of the 70th Session of the UN General Assembly in New York. During the meeting, the ministers addressed the developments in the occupied Palestinian Territories, oPT, including the escalating Israeli violations in Jerusalem and Al Aqsa Mosque, the latest positions of Arabs on a number of pan-Arab political issues in the light of resolutions taken by the Arab League Ministerial Council's latest meeting about the situation in Syria, Yemen and Libya, ways of fighting terrorism and extremism in the region, as well as other political and security issues of common interest for Arabs.
