Arab foreign ministers start extraordinary meeting 3 Cairo

Prince Saud held the Israeli policy responsible of the ongoing
killings and destruction in Gaza, and said the security of Israel
could only be realized through the just peace which takes into
account the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.

He noted that these rights have been recognized by the resolutions of
the international legitimacy and confirmed by Geneva agreements as
well as by all conventions and initiatives presented for the
settlement of the Palestinian-Israeli dispute.

Prince Saud said this dangerous situation makes it necessary for the
Arab foreign ministers to adopt serious and effective measures which
immediately put an end to the Israeli flagrant aggression.

He pointed out to the importance of focusing on practical measures
for an Arab and international move which realizes the desired goals
and keeps away from the style of fruitless slogans.

Prince Saud said this terrible massacre would not have taken place if
the Palestinians were unified behind one leadership.

We would like to tell the Palestinian brethren that the Arab nation
cannot help you if you don't close your ranks, he said adding that
the Arab nation does not care about distribution of accusations, but
it is keen on ending the horrible disunity.

It is high time for all Palestinian factions to hold a decisive
meeting that leads to a government of national unity that represents
the whole Palestinian people, he said noting that the organizations
and slogans will disappear but the great Palestinian people will
remain and survive.

He noted that continuation of disunity will benefit the Israeli enemy
and prevent the Arab nation from taking effective measures for
rescuing the Palestinian people.

Prince Saud prayed to Allah Almighty to unite the Palestinian ranks
as well as the Arab ranks for realizing the Palestinian dream for
independence, freedom and dignity.
