Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques visits two injured
Riyadh, January 02, SPA--The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King
Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud paid here today a visit to King Faisal
Specialist Hospital during which the King was reassured about the
health of the injured Palestinian Mahmoud Abu Sultan, 20 years old,
who was wounded by a missile fired by Israeli forces at his house,
which led to a severe head injury and loss of consciousness. Now he
is under the necessary treatment at the hospital.
The King was also reassured about the injured Palestinian
Imad Al-Khalidi, 22 years old, who was wounded by an Israeli missile
leading to a broken left leg. He underwent an urgent surgery today.
Upon arrival at the hospital, the King was received by the
Advisor to the King and Chairman of Board of Directors of King Faisal
Specialist Hospital and Research Center, Dr. Fahd Al-Abduljabbar; the
Hospital's Executive General Supervisor Dr. Qassem Al-Qasabi; and a
number of officials.
The Monarch was briefed on the situation of the two
injured who arrived in Riyadh yesterday evening on board medical
evacuation planes in implementation of the King's directives to treat
in Saudi hospitals Palestinians wounded as a result of the Israeli
brutal attack on Gaza .
The King wished the injured a speedy recovery.
The Monarch also directed to exert utmost efforts to take
care of them and any other injured arriving in the Kingdom for
treatment, to take care of their companions and to provide them with
accommodation.
