Palestinian president lauds King's donation-raising campaign

Gaza, January 02 , SPA -- Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas today
lauded the directive of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King
Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to launch a popular fund-raising
campaign in support of the Palestinian people, describing the move as
coming within the context of the Kingdom's continuous support for the
Palestinian people in Gaza Strip.

In statement today, Abbas reiterated his thanks to and appreciation
of the positions of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques stand by
the side of the Palestinian people in such tough circumstances.
