President of Youth Welfare arrives in Muscat
Muscat, January 03, SPA--Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz,
General President of Youth Welfare and President of Saudi Arabian
Football Federation and his accompanying delegation arrived in Muscat
on Friday evening on an official visit to Oman to lead the delegation
of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia participating in the 19th Arab Gulf
Football Cup Tournament due to start on Sunday.
Upon arrival in Muscat, they were received by Saudi Ambassador to
Oman Abdulaziz bin Suleiman Al-Turki and a number of officials.
In a press statement, Prince Sultan bin Fahd pointed out that the
Saudi team will be ready to compete for the title of tournament to
consolidate its achievements in the history of this championship to
be added to its accomplishments at local and external arenas, noting
that these achievements have been due to the continual support
provided for sports movement in the Kingdom by the Custodian of the
Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Sultan
bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and
Aviation and Inspector General.
