Sheikh Zayed camel racing carnival concludes in Jordan

WADI RUM, JORDAN, 8th November, 2015 (WAM) -- Under the patronage of UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the 8th Sheikh Zayed Camel Racing Carnival concluded in Jordan's Wadi Rum racetrack, with more than 360 camels lined up for the two-day event. The final race of the two-day event was watched by Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, Advisor to the UAE President, and Chairman of the Emirates Camel Racing Federation, Prince Asem bin Naif, Vice-President of Royal Jordanian Equestrian Federation, Bilal Al Bedour, UAE Ambassador to Jordan and a crowd of Jordanian VIPs and dignitaries.
