Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Receives President of

Riyadh, January 04, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King
Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received at the Royal Court at
Al-Yamamah Palace here today the President of the International Union
for Muslim Scholars (IUMS) Sheikh Dr. Yousuf Al Qaradawi and the
accompanying delegation.

The King praised the efforts currently being made by the IUMS
expressing support for efforts to achieve Muslim unity in general and
Palestinian unity in particular; resist the unjust aggression
suffered by the Palestinians and achieve the just peace in the
region.

Sheikh Dr. Yousuf Al Qaradawi valued efforts by the king and the
Saudi government to support all Muslim issues and their keenness on
Muslims' unity.

The audience was attended by Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz, Head of the
Saudi General Intelligence and a number of princes.
