Bahraini-Emirati Joint Business Council convenes

Manama, Nov. 19 (BNA): The Bahraini-Emirati Joint Business Council has held its first meeting in the United Arab Emirates (UAE)'s capital, Abu Dhabi. Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI)'s Chairman Khalid Al Moayed headed the Bahraini side, and his counterpart from Abu Dhabi Chamber Mohammed Al Rumaithi headed the Emirati side. The meeting mulled spurring all business activities between both brotherly countries, eliminating hurdles curbing the flow of investments between both sides, and stimulating the exchange of business delegation. The meeting also proposed holding an annual forum that embraces Bahraini and Emirati business owners and serves as a platform for networking and exchanging knowledge and experiences.
