Saudi Newspapers

Riyadh, January 07, SPA--Saudi newspapers continued today their
concern over developments in the Gaza Strip and the barbaric Israeli
attacks for the 12th consecutive day which resulted in the martyrdom
and injury of thousands of innocent Palestinian victims as well as
the destruction of the sector's infrastructure.

The newspapers pointed out that the current international mediation
efforts can not achieve the desired objective as such efforts are
based on blaming the victim and acquitting the executioner.

The newspapers also stated that the world public opinion can not
respect a viewpoint that gives the aggressor the right of
self-defense through the use of weapons of mass destruction against
semi-defenseless people at a time when the Palestinian people are
deprived of that right.
