Justice minister receives EP delegation

Manama, Feb. 23 (BNA): Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa today received a delegation comprising members of the European Parliament (EP), led by Mitchel Belfer. The minister welcomed the delegation, praising the level of constantly growing friendship ties between Bahrain and Europe in various fields that serve the common interests. Shaikh Khalid stressed the importance of such visits in bolstering the cooperation and mutual exchange of viewpoints and expertise in the legal and legislative fields. The ministry's Assistant Undersecretary for Statistics, Planning and Communication, Dana Al Zayani, was also present during the meeting.
