Royal decree designates minister tasked with stakeholder jurisdictions in BHB

Manama, Feb. 25 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Royal Decree 12/2016 designating the Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism as the minister tasked to assume the stakeholder's jurisdictions in Bahrain Bourse BSC (closed) Company stipulated in the company's articles and memorandum of association. The Prime Minister and each one of the ministers according to his domain will implement this decree effective from the date of its issuance which will be published in the Official Gazette.
