Assistant Foreign Minister holds meetings in Geneva

Manama, Mar 1 (BNA): Assistant Foreign Minister, Abdullah bin Faisal bin Jabr Al-Dossari, today in Geneva, met Georgian Foreign Minister Mikheil Janelidze on the sidelines of the 31st session of the Human Rights Council. Ways to promote friendship relations for the benefit of the two countries were discussed, as well as topics of joint interest. Al-Dossari held a meeting with Permanent Secretary of Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Cyprus Alexander Zenon, and reviewed topics related to human rights. He also met German Federal commissioner Barbel Koffler and hailed bilateral relations and cooperation existing between the two countries. The latest regional and international developments were reviewed, in addition to enhancing coordination towards various issues.
