Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad congratulates Muharraq Club

Manama, March 3 (BNA): Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa extended heartfelt congratulations to Muharraq Club on winning HM the King Football Cup after beating Riffa Sport Club 3-1 in the final match. He said the cup adds to the titles and achievements of the glorious club, stressing that such accomplishments reflect the efforts of the club's Board Chairman and members, personnel, fans, the technical and administrative bodies and the players. He also wished Muharraq Club more success in upholding the image of Bahrain football. Shaikh Nasser praised the high performance shown by Muharraq and Riffa Clubs in the final match, commending the efforts of the clubs' technical and administrative bodies, Bahrain Football Association and the relevant committees to ensure good organisation of the match.
