HM the King issues decree appointing two ministers

Manama, Mar. 4 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has issued Decree 17/2016 partially reshuffling the cabinet. The Royal Decree stipulates the appointment of Ghanim bin Fadhel Al-Buainain as Minister of Parliament Affairs and the appointment of Ali bin Mohammed Al-Rumaihi as Minister of Information Affairs. The Prime Minister shall implement the Royal Decree, which takes immediate effect and will be published in the Official Gazette.
