Moroccan Parliament Speaker visits Bahrain National Museum

Manama, March 7 (BNA): Moroccan Parliament Speaker Rasheed Al-Talibi Al-Alami paid a visit today to Bahrain National Museum, in the presence of Moroccan Ambassador to Bahrain Ahmed Rasheed Khatabi. He was welcomed by a delegation from Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA). The Moroccan Parliament Speaker got informed about the museum's sections and content which relate the story of the Bahraini civilisation since the Dilmun era 4000 years ago. He praised the kingdom's glorious civilisation and rich human heritage, commending the efforts of BACA in preserving the national heritage. He also toured Bahrain's annual Fine Arts Exhibition 42 which is currently held in the museum's hall and which depicts the glorious artistic movement in Bahrain.
