BREEF championship to start on Friday

Manama, Mar. 16 (BNA): Under the patronage of Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation (BREEF)'s President HH Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa the Federation's Showjumping/Hurdles Championship will start on Friday, March 18, at the Military Association's racecourse in Alraffa. BREEF has finalized all the necessary preparations for launching the championship in which the Kingdom's equestrian and endurance knights will participate. Shaikh Khalid bin Mohammed Al Khalifa the chairman of the Showjumping Committee in BREEF asserted keenness on organizing various championships to boost the level of Bahrain cavaliers, adding that our ambitions are quite big. He also asserted that the riders are keen on exerting considerable efforts to develop their standard. Shaikh Khalid said will reap the fruits in the near future through the results of these championships by developing riders standards to appear in most plausible levels in internal and external championships. He also affirmed keenness on organizing numerous competitions during this season with the goal of boosting the overall level of horsemen.
