Al Ahli team wins bronze medal

Manama, Mar. 21: Bahraini club Al Ahli team has won a bronze medal in the 35th Gulf Volleyball Championship after playing 25/18, 25/25 and 18/13 in the final round. The event was hosted in Sahar, Sultanate of Oman. Al Ahli the champion of Bahrain local tournament plus the forerunner will have two seats to participate in the 36 championship in Doha, Qatar in 2017. This is the third time Al Ahli wins the second position and secures its foothold on the Gulf coronation platform which is added the series of wins. Al Ahli volleyball has successfully forged its way locally, regionally and in the Arab world.
