HRH Premier receives Jordanian Senate Chairman

Manama, March 21 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received at Gudaibiya Palace today Jordanian Senate Chairman Faisal Akef Fayez and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier. HRH the Prime Minister stressed the need for more Arab cooperation to tackle regional issues, lauding initiatives, like Thunder North, which underlined the unified Arab stance. He underscored strong fraternal relations and cooperation between Bahrain and Jordan and their progress in various fields, pointing out the need to boost bilateral coordination through the exchange of visits between officials from both countries. On his part, the Jordanian Senate Chairman thanked HRH the Premier for the good welcome, praising his keenness to bolster bilateral relations. He affirmed that fraternal ties binding both countries represent a model to emulate, voicing keenness on stronger cooperation and commending Bahrain's progress at all levels.
