Commander-in-Chief visits military base

Manama, Mar.23 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa paid a visit today to the US Navy Base at Juffair. The Commander-in-Chief met the Commander of the US Naval Forces, Central Command and 5th Fleet Rear Admiral Kevin Donegan, and reviewed with him ways to consolidate bilateral cooperation on all levels, particularly joint military coordination and defence cooperation. They discussed matters of mutual interest. Inspector-General Major-General Abdullah Hassan Al Nuaimi, Assistant Chief of Staff for Supply and Logistics Rear Admiral Yusuf Ahmed Mal-Allah, Royal Bahraini Air Force (RBAF) Commander Air Vice-Marshal Shaikh Hamad bin Abdulla Al Khalifa and Royal Bahrain Naval Force(RBNF) Commander Commodore Shaikh Khalifa bin Abdullah Al Khalifa were present.
