Bahraini-Jordanian judicial cooperation commended

Manama, Apr 3 (BNA): Attorney General Dr. Ali bin Fadhl Al-Buainain today received a delegation from Jordan's Constitutional Court led by Chairman Judge Taher Hikmat. Al-Buainain praised the solid judicial cooperation between the two kingdoms, and informed the delegation of the Public Prosecution's capability development plans. The Jordanian delegation toured the Public Prosecution departments and learnt about procedures followed in investigation and criminal cases. The delegation lauded the legal authority and responsibilities of the Public Prosecution that contribute to the protection of the individual's rights.
