Premier, Crown Prince hail Formula 1 success

Manama, Apr. 3 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier on the success of the 2016 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix. He paid tribute to HRH the Crown Prince for his dedicated efforts to ensure the outstanding organisation of the race, hailing the global sporting event as a landmark achievement which builds on other milestones in the era of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa. HRH the Premier also received a reply cable from HRH the Crown Prince who hailed the tremendous success of the 2016 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix, paying tribute to citizens for playing a key role in the excellent achievement and consolidating Bahrain's standing on the map of international sport. HRH the Crown Prince commended the government departments which spared no effort, under instruction from HRH the Premier, to ensure the outstanding organisation of the Formula 1 Grand Prix and add another landmark milestone in the prosperous era of HM the King. He prayed to Allah Almighty to bless HRH the Premier with abundant health and happiness.
