Foreign Minister meets World Jewish Congress President

Manama, Apr 4 (BNA): The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, today met the President of the World Jewish Congress, Ronald Lauder, currently on a visit to Bahrain. They reviewed regional and international efforts aimed at achieving stability across the Middle East. Shaikh Khalid affirmed the importance of further effort by the international community and all relevant parties to resolve various conflicts facing countries in the region and that have negative impact on their people. Lauder praised the tangible efforts exerted by Bahrain as well as its active support to efforts in spreading security and peace in the region. (Courtesy of MoFA)
