Kim Jong Un Gives Field Guidance to Machine Plant

Pyongyang, April 8 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, supreme leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, gave field guidance to the machine plant managed by Ri Chol Ho. He looked round the room for education in the revolutionary history, processing and assembly shops, e-library and other places of the plant to acquaint himself in detail with its production and management. He said it was not long since the plant went operational, but it has done a lot of work. He praised it for having made remarkable achievements in the work to raise the variety of machines and improve their quality. The machines produced at the plant are profusely paying off in various fields of the national economy, he said, adding that the key to this success lies in the fact that the plant attached importance to science and technology and closely combined scientific researches with production as intended by the party. The plant has the very important duty and role to play in building a prosperous country, he said, setting forth the tasks to be fulfilled by the plant. Noting that he felt very high enthusiasm of its workers who have turned out in the drive for greeting the Seventh Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea with unprecedented labor successes, he stressed the need to give fuller play to their mental power so that they may emerge honorable victors in the 70-day campaign of loyalty. -0-
