Royal speech roadmap to deter terrorism

Istanbul, Apr. 15 (BNA): Representatives Council Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al Mulla lauded the keynote speech of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa which was given on behalf of him by Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa at the 13th Islamic Summit which concluded in Istanbul today. He described the royal speech as a roadmap to deter terrorism in the whole world, protect nations and properties and preserve local, regional and international security and stability. He added that the royal speech came to reassert the need for concerted efforts to surmount challenges facing the Islamic nation. The Representatives Council Speaker hailed the effective participation of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, in the opening of the 13th Islamic Summit hosted by Istanbul, Turkey. He praised HRH the Crown Prince’s call for coordination and cooperation to overcome challenges facing the Islamic nation. He also pointed out the recommendations included in the summit’s concluding communiqué which emphasised the need to further enhance cooperation between the Islamic countries and denounced the Iranian blatant interference as well as Hizbollah’s terrorist operations targeting security and stability in the Arab and Islamic countries.
