Deputy Premier receives BACA President

Manama, Apr. 17 (BNA): Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa received today President of Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa who presented him with a book titled "The Kingdom of Bahrain: Features of a Homeland" which was published recently by BACA on the modern history of Bahrain as well as its urban and economic development. The Deputy Premier praised the efforts of Shaikha Mai in preserving the kingdom's cultural heritage and documenting its history. He also lauded the content of the book which enables visitors to Bahrain to get informed about its historical, economic, urban and artistic aspects. The publication of the book coincides with BACA's launching of 2016 slogan "Bahrain Your Destination".
