Constant support for press stressed

Manama, May 4 (BNA): First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS), President of Bahrain Athletic Association and founder of KHK MMA Organization, HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa said that HM the King’s message marking the World Press Freedom Day affirms constant support to press and media personnel. SCYS President stressed Bahrain’s support to press freedom through HM the King’s reform project, which aims to support the vital role played by press in the society. He added that HM the King’s support to press and media personnel will encourage them to contribute to the development process witnessed by Bahrain. He lauded the huge efforts of press through its enlightening role and achieving national accomplishments.
