HRH the Premier extended deepest congratulations to Shaikh Isa on the birth of Shaikh Abdullah bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, praying to Allah Almighty to bless the newborn baby with abundant health to grow up and contribute to his country's development and progress.
