Government keen on meetings citizens' needs

Manama, May 15 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has stressed that the best and most successful policy in Bahrain is to invest in social relations and use them in enhancing the social cohesion. Bahrain has been –and will remain- a one-family society because its tightly-knit people is committed to its national unity and has thwarted the attempts made by some parties in sowing divide, and succeeded in mending the rift they tried to create in the Bahraini society through its citizens' awareness and unforgettable stances. HRH Premier affirmed the government's constant keenness on meeting the needs of the citizens across the kingdom's cities and villages, stressing that the government's ministries and officials are directed to serve the citizens, whether in villages or citizens, to ensure they receive the best services, as outlined in the Government Action Plan. HRH Premier was speaking while receiving at the Gudaibiya Palace today a delegation of Shakhoora citizens, led by the First Deputy Speaker of the Council of Representatives Ali Al-Aradi. HRH the Prime Minister was informed about the needs of the Shakhoora villagers regarding various services. He underlined the government's keenness to ensure that villages and citizens across the kingdom receive their share of the development and service projects so as to fulfill the needs of Bahrainis wherever they are and ensure them the requirements of well-being. The citizens are the core of the development progress the kingdom is witnessing, he said, noting that all government projects and plans are meant to achieve good for the citizens and ensure them the requirements of decent living. HRH the Prime Minister stressed the importance of enhancing interaction and rapprochement among the members of the one society, affirming that the ultimate goal of every effort is upgrade the nation and achieve the well-being of the citizens. The Prime Minister said that the Government Action Plan includes an integrated vision for the development of cities and villages across the nation, adding that efforts are underway to implement the remaining projects. HRH the Prime Minister stressed that he would not tolerate any delay in the implementation of projects in any village, and assured the citizens that work was underway to achieve the best for the nation and the citizens. The Shakhoora villagers lauded HRH Premier's role in building the modern state in Bahrain and helping it reach the highest levels in the world, stressing that he is a role model for leadership and enlightened thought. They extended sincere thanks and appreciation to HRH Premier for his constant interest in fulfilling the aspirations of the citizens nationwide, praising his directives to ministers and officials to visit villages and towns to identify the needs of the Local citizens. First Deputy Speaker asserted that HRH Premier's constant meetings with the citizens reflect his keenness to be close to them and meet their needs. He affirmed that HRH Premier has deserves the love and loyalty of the citizens as he is keen to meet them and open-heartedly listens to their demands and issues directives to translate them into the ground.
