Bahrain participates in 7th GCC justice undersecretaries meeting

Riyadh, May 19 (BNA): Justice Affairs Undersecretary Khalid Ajaji has represented Bahrain in the seventh annual meeting of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) justice undersecretaries recently held at GCC Secretariat in Saudi Arabia. Ajaji said that the meeting discussed draft agreement for the extradition of offenders among GCC states, code of conduct of GCC justice and judiciary agencies, committee of experts' findings on combating human trafficking in GCC states, and preparing a preliminary study on the misuse of social media. The meeting also reviewed outcomes of the meetings of officials of international cooperation and relations departments of GCC justice ministries, held earlier this year in implementation of the 27th GCC justice ministers meeting held in October 2015 in Doha.
