Saudi Hajj, Umrah efforts hailed

Jeddah, May 22 (BNA): Bahrain Ambassador to Riyadh Shaikh Humood bin Abdulla Al-Khalifa commended the efforts of Saudi Arabia, led by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud to ensure the safety of pilgrims. He credited the Government of Saudi Arabia for its keenness on providing prime services to all pilgrims who perform Hajj and Umrah. He met today, in Jeddah, Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Mohammed Saleh bin Taher Bentin and congratulated him on his appointment, wishing success in his new duties. The two sides discussed ways of promoting cooperation regarding hajj and Umrah to ensure favourable conditions for Bahrain pilgrims next year. The meeting was attended by Bahrain General Consul in Jeddah Ibrahim Mohammed Al-Meselmani.
