Portuguese National Day celebrated

Manama, June 5 (BNA): The Portuguese community living in the Kingdom of Bahrain celebrated their country’s National Day, in the presence of ambassadors, dignitaries, families and friends. Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the Undersecretary for International Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was the guest of Honour. He conveyed the greetings of the Minister of Foreign Affairs who wished the Portuguese Republic and people further progress and prosperity. He stressed strong and mutual keenness on achieving shared interests between the two friendly countries and peoples.
