Bahrain condemns terrorist attack in Jordan

Manama, June 6 (BNA): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain strongly condemns the despicable terrorist attack that targeted the General Intelligence Office in the Baqa'a camp in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and resulted in the martyrdom of a number of members of the General Intelligence, expressing its strong condemnation of this terrorist act that is against all heavenly religions, all norms and human values. It stresses its strong support and full solidarity with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in taking its deterrent measures to counter violence and extremism and to punish terrorists as well as establish security and stability in all parts of the Kingdom. The ministry expresses its deep and sincere condolences to His Majesty King Abdullah II Bin Al-Hussein, his government and brotherly people, as well as the families of the martyrs, renewing the Kingdom of Bahrain’s firm position against terrorism in all its forms and manifestations and calling for concerted regional and international efforts to ensure the elimination of all terrorist groups that threaten international peace and security.
