Interior Minister receives Asian Federation of Bodybuilding President

Manama, June 14 (BNA): His Excellency Interior Minister, Lt-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received today Southern Governor and President of the Asian Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness Shaikh Abdullah bin Rashid Al Khalifa who introduced to him the international Bahraini player, Sami Ibrahim Al Hadad who won gold medal recently in a championship held in Slovakia. As result of his winning, Al Hadad was qualified for a major championship for professionals that will be held in September in the USA. The Interior Minister congratulated Al Hadad and lauded the good results of the Bahraini players in various competitions and championships, highlighting the sport achievements of the Interior Ministry’s personnel that are added to the remarkable international sports accomplishments of Bahrain. Shaikh Abdullah lauded the directives and support of the Interior Ministry that contributed to achieving plans and improving skills. The meeting was also attended by the President of Public Security Sports Association. (MOI)
