HM the King receives scores of Northern citizens

Manama, June 14 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, this evening at Sakhir Palace, received scores of citizens of the Northern Governorate, within his interest in meeting citizens of various governorates during the holy month of Ramadan. The citizens offered deepest congratulations to HM the King on the advent of Ramadan and wished him good health and happiness and the Kingdom of Bahrain further progress and prosperity. HM the King exchanged Ramadan congratulations with the attendees, noting that the meeting complements the Bahrainis' customs stem from Arab traditions. He highlighted the social unity and affirmed that the government's action against some societies violating the law aimed at maintaining the homeland's security and stability. Following recitation of few verses of the holy Quran, HM the King delivered a keynote speech, in which congratulated the attendees on Ramadan and prayed to Almighty God to bless Bahrain with further happiness, security and stability. HM the King vowed to continue the comprehensive reform march, defending the national security and stability and meeting the citizens' aspirations. HM the King paid tribute to the Bahraini people for protecting the homeland's interests and guarding its soldered social fabric. He wished Bahrain and its people many happy returns of the holy month of Ramadan.
