American students get to know Bahrain

Washington, DC; June 21 (BNA): The cultural attaché office in the Kingdom of Bahrain's embassy in Washington, hosted an introductory programme for students at Raymond Education Campus, in the presence of Cultural Attaché, Mubarak But. A number of students from the American school presented various contributions during the ceremony which they had learned during introductory visits. The schoolchildren joined in a choir chanting of the kingdom's national anthem. The students also presented cultural and geographic information about Bahrain and performed one of the Bahraini traditional folk dances. The introductory programme was part of the efforts by the Cultural Attaché Office in Washington to inform the largest number of American schoolchildren about Bahrain's history and civilizational accomplishments.
