Samsung Heavy wins 907.6 bln won order

SEOUL, Jan. 16 (Yonhap) -- Samsung Heavy Industries Co., the world's
second-biggest shipbuilder, said Friday it has clinched a 907.6 billion won
(US$661 million) deal to build a floating natural gas production and storage
unit.
The deal with a European client calls on Samsung Heavy to deliver the liquefied
natural gas facility by March 2013, the shipbuilder said in a regulatory filing.
The deal is the first that the shipbuilder has signed this year.
