Prince Saud Al-Faisal addresses Council of Arab Foreign Ministers 2 Kuwait

Prince Saud pointed out that the steps also include the consideration
of the feasibility of returning to the Security Council to issue an
executive resolution, the assignment of the General Secretariat to a
sound legal preparation for accountability and punishment of Israel
for its war crimes and the filing of cases in this regard at the
international and national legal bodies including within the United
States of America with the assistance of people and organizations of
Arab-U.S. community.

He emphasized the importance of starting serious and comprehensive
dialogue on these recommendations with the U.S. administration as
soon as the new U.S. President-elect Barack Obama assumes the
presidency and a fund for the reconstruction of Gaza sets up.
