High-achievers honoured by Royal Charity Organisation

Manama, July 19 (BNA): The Royal Charity Organisation (RCO) will honour 450 of its sponsored schoolchildren and university-level students.
The annual ceremony on Wednesday aims to rejoice the success of RCO-sponsored who receive their education in compliance with the directives of His Majesty the King aimed to provide all means of livelihood that encourages them to study in earnest to climb the ladder of education towards vastest achievement.
RCO's Secretary-general Dr. Mustafa Al Sayed expressed gratitude and appreciation to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa the Honorary President of the Royal Charity Organisation for His Majesty's standing directives and constant attentiveness to the RCO-sponsored families and their children to pursue education up to highest levels and encouraging them to succeed in their academic and career for a lifetime and the provision of all forms of welfare to become good citizens and members of the community.
He praised the generosity of the government led by His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister supported by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister. Dr. Al Sayed also expressed gratitude and appreciation to His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for his patronage of the 13th annual celebration to honour the RCO-sponsored high-achievers, which confirms the keenness and attention on the part of His Highness towards them and dedicating all means of livelihood and encouraging them to successes.
He said the Organisation had registered all orphan high-achievers from all stages of schooling, from primary to tertiary level of education. The total number of high-achievers reached 450 schoolgirls and schoolboys. Also, four of the top outstanding students will be honored with the Faisal bin Hamad Award for Academic Excellence for high-achieving in their most recent class in each stage of schooling.
