Habitual rallying offender being questioned

Manama, Aug. 1 (BNA): Chief Prosecutor at the Northern Governorate, Mohammed Al Massallam, said the Public Prosecution had received a report from Budaiya Police Station informing that a certain individual who despite caveats issued to him repeatedly participated in illegal gatherings in Al-Deraz area was arrested. He was questioned by the Prosecution in the presence of his attorney and will remain incarcerated for fifteen days for further investigations on the backdrop of repetitive illegal rallying in breach of the law. Investigations will completed before referring him for a court trial.
