Azerbaijan’s Mehdiyev qualifies for judo quarterfinal

Baku, August 10, AZERTAC Azerbaijani judo fighter Mammadali Mehdiyev has qualified for the round of 16 in the Summer Olympic Games in Rio. Mehdiyev defeated Russian Kirill Denisov in the round of 32. He will next take on Brazilian Tiago Camilo. Azerbaijani judo fighter Mammadali Mehdiyev has progressed to quarterfinal in the Olympic Games in Rio. Mehdiyev will face Korean Donghan Gwak in the quarterfinal.
