Speaker condoles with Thailand

Manama, Aug. 13 (BNA): Speaker of the Council of Representatives Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla has sent cables to the President of the National Legislative Assembly of Thailand, Pornpech Wichitcholchai, and the Thai Ambassador to Bahrain, Chayapan Bamrungphong. He extended warmest condolences over the victims of the terrorist blast that had occurred recently in Thailand. The speaker affirmed Bahrain’s supportive stance towards Thailand, stressing the two countries’ rejection and denunciation of all forms of terrorism and the need to take all necessary measures to reinforce security and stability and ensure the safety of the citizens and residents. Al-Mulla extended sincerest consolation and sympathy to the relatives of the victims, and wished the wounded speedy recovery.
