Kuwaiti ambassador congratulates Bahrain on gold, silver medals

Manama, Aug. 16 (BNA): Kuwaiti Ambassador Shaikh Azzam Mubarak Al-Sabah congratulated Bahrain leadership and people on the gold medal, which was won by Bahrain athlete Ruth Jebet in the women's 3000m steeplechase in the Olympic Games Rio 2016, being held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He described the Rio 2016 gold and medal as a source of pride for all Arabs and credited the political leadership for supporting youth and sport sectors. He also congratulated Bahrain on the silver medal in the in the women’s Olympic marathon.
