Bahrain condemns terror bombings in Turkey

Manama, Aug. 18 (BNA): Bahrain has strongly condemned the terrorist bombings which hit Turkey on Wednesday evening and on Thursday, leaving several people dead and others injured. Thee Ministry of Foreign Affairs extended its sincerest condolences to the Turkish Government and bereaved families, wishing the injured quick recovery. In a statement issued today, it denounced the terrorist acts which go against all religions, human and ethical values. The statement reiterated Bahrain's full solidarity with Turkey in its war on violence and terrorism, backing all measures being undertaken to strengthen its security and peace. The ministry stressed Bahrain's firm rejection of terrorism, supporting all regional and international efforts to root out this dangerous scourge which threatens the security and stability of all countries in the world.
