Bahrain Royal Endurance shines in European championship

Manama, Aug. 21 (BNA): His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa representative of HM the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Youth and Sports (SCYS) and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) has expressed his delight at the positive result achieved by Royal Endurance Team member Al-Miqdad Janahi who won the second position on the back of his horse "Will Outshine" in Belgium's 120-km race in his first European experience. HH Shaikh Nasser lauded the positive result by the Bahraini rider considered part of the series of success achieved by Bahraini horsemen in various external participations that reconfirm the availability of high-calibre creative energetic horsemen in the Kingdom of Bahrain who have honoured the nation during each competition by virtue of their good standard. His Highness affirmed his special pride in such successes that prove the extent of the successful strategic plans of Bahrain's Royal Endurance Team. HH Shaikh Nasser praised the good performance of the Bahraini rider during the European championship and his high morale spirits throughout the various stages of the race. His Highness praised the remarkable achievement of the Bahraini riders despite the heated competition and the strength of competitors, describing rider Al-Miqdad as one of Bahrain's Royal Endurance Team's youthful faces promising a bright future.
