Bahrain condemns terrorist attacks in southeastern Turkey

Manama, Aug. 26 (BNA): Bahrain has strongly condemned the terrorist attacks that targeted a police station in Southeastern Turkey, killing and wounding several policemen. “The Kingdom of Bahrain reiterates its solidarity with the friendly Republic of Turkey in all the measures it takes to counter extremism, violence, and terrorism in order to consolidate security and stability across its territories,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement. “The Kingdom of Bahrain offers sincere condolences to the families of the victims, wishing swift recovery to those who were injured as a result of this heinous terrorism act that contravenes all religious tenets, faiths doctrines, as well as human values and ethics. “The Kingdom reaffirms its firm stance in denouncing all forms and manifestations of terrorism, and calls for concerted regional and international efforts as well as international community cooperation to eradicate this scourge threat that attempts to undermine the security and stability of the world.”
